dscd.to allows Discord server owners to create custom short URLs that redirect to their Discord server invite links.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and comply with Discord's Terms of Service to use this Service.

4. Account and Authentication

The Service uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create slugs that are misleading, offensive, or infringe on trademarks
• Redirect users to harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Spam or abuse the slug creation system
• Circumvent any rate limits or access controls

6. Slug Ownership

Slugs are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim any slug that violates these terms or is found to infringe on a trademark or brand.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that redirect links will remain valid.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dscd.to shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
